Lynne
Lynne’s love for the Pilates method took her to qualify as a mat pilates instructor in 2015, and in 2020 she gained a further qualification in clinical pilates with APPI. Lynne started pilates 15 years ago due to having a bad back, and due to the pilates method, her bad back is now a thing of the past!! Her passion for Pilates continues to grow, and she has recently qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor. We can’t wait to see what she will do next!!
Alex
Alex first came across Pilates whilst training to be a ski instructor in the french Alps. She’s been a qualified ski instructor for 9 years now, so has a keen eye on how athletes move, and a strong awareness of how injuries in sport can have a detrimental effect on performance. She believes Pilates bridges the gap in getting you back to performing at your best in your sport, and in everyday life activities. Her passion is working closely with those who are wanting to improve their overall sports performance, and helping those who have suffered injury to get back to enjoying their life to the full.

Jane
We are delighted to be offering classes from Jane who is an experienced and highly qualified Pilates instructor. Jane’s class is perfect for those looking to learn the Pilates method in small groups.
Emma
After having her first child 10 years ago, Emma discovered pilates as a way to heal her body and aid with post-natal recovery. The benefits of strength and increased body awareness made her fall in love with the meaningful movement of pilates. Emma’s aim is to leave you feeling invigorated and free from the stresses of daily life after each session.
