Jane Linden-Brown

As the founder of Live Breathe, Jane is a highly qualified Pilates instructor and certified trainer. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a heartfelt, and genuine sense of caring to her teaching. Jane is as passionate about your goals as much as she is her own!!

Laura

Laura is a friendly and encouraging Pilates and Somatic Movement instructor. Her teaching approach focuses on the element of mind and body in order to increase body awareness, improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well being.

Alex

Alex

Alex first came across Pilates whilst training to be a ski instructor in the french Alps. She’s been a qualified ski instructor for 9 years now, so has a keen eye on how athletes move, and a strong awareness of how injuries in sport can have a detrimental effect on performance. She believes Pilates bridges the gap in getting you back to performing at your best in your sport, and in everyday life activities. Her passion is working closely with those who are wanting to improve their overall sports performance, and helping those who have suffered injury to get back to enjoying their life to the full.

Jane

We are delighted to be offering classes from Jane who is an experienced and highly qualified Pilates instructor. Jane’s class is perfect for those looking to learn the Pilates method in small groups.

Laura Newill

Laura is a Mat and Reformer instructor who believes that Pilates lays the foundation of body control. Laura’s classes aim to inspire others to enjoy exploring movement. After overcoming chronic pain and weakness, she transformed her own body through training, education and hard work. She now empowers others to build resilience and strength through Pilates, inspiring them to explore their own movement journeys.

Alexa Tyers

Alexa’s background in Pilates comes from years spent as a dancer which has led Alexa to her newest venture in life. She loves to find ways of combining her technical training as a dancer with her Pilates skills. Her creativity with movement shows in her classes!

Nadine Sage

Nadine is a passionate instructor who takes a well-rounded approach to movement and wellbeing. She draws her knowledge from a background in personal training, nutrition, yoga, and her job as a radiographer.
