Live Breathe, is a fully equipped boutique fitness and pilates studio, located in a leafy area of Huddersfield. We offer private and small group training in pilates, somatic movement and fitness training, and courses that offer Pilates teacher certification.
We teach clients ranging in age and fitness levels from beginners to those already experienced and seeking to improve their own technique. Our sessions will enable you to:

As the founder of Live Breathe Pilates, Jane is a highly qualified Pilates instructor and certified Personal Trainer.
Laura is a friendly and encouraging Pilates and Somatic Movement instructor. Her teaching approach focuses on the mind and body.
Lynne’s passion for Pilates continues to grow, and she has recently qualified as a Reformer Pilates instructor.
Alex believes Pilates bridges the gap in getting you back to performing at your best in your sport, and in everyday life activities.

Emma’s aim is to leave you feeling invigorated and free from the stresses of daily life after each session.
Services we offer
A reformer class, combines classic Pilates with strength training. The session is machine-based, technique-focussed and gives a fantastic full-body workout.
This class utilises all the pilates apparatus such as the reformer, tower, wunda chair and much more, and follows all the principles of pilates.
KO8 Fitness Training
The KO8 is the most versatile tool available today! It provides you with all the benefits of suspension training, with 72kg of resistance bands.
Mat / Somatic / Barre Pilates
Pilates is one of the best exercises for core strength and developing muscle. Rather than concentrating upon specific areas, Pilates treats the body as a whole.

Somatic Movement Training 1-1
We offer 1-1 training in Essential Somatic Movement Education (ESMT), which is a mind body movement practice where you will gain the skills to release chronic tension in your muscles, and improve how your body moves.
The beneﬁts of ESMT are: gaining ultimate control of your muscles, increased proprioception and therefor avoiding potential injury, change inefﬁcient or painful movement patterns, and remover from workouts faster.
Whether your goal is to increase core stability, improve ﬁtness or lose weight, we will design a results driven programme tailored to your speciﬁc needs and will be with you every step of the way. We offer personal training in Pilates, Somatic movement training and ﬁtness training, so there is something for everyone.
