At Live Breathe we specialise in small group classes in Reformer Pilates, and fitness and conditioning. Our team consists of highly trained professionals that know how to get the results you are looking for to dramatically change your body.

Reformer Pilates is a unique type of exercise that strengthens your muscles whilst improving your flexibility. It’s perfect for toning and shaping your body while promoting great posture and preventing injury.

Our fitness sessions are a sure way to get fit fast! We use the KO8 suspension trainers, kettlebells, and regular fitness equipment, to offer unlimited exercise options so you never get bored.

Reformer Classes

A reformer class, combines classic Pilates with strength training. The session is machine-based, technique-focussed and gives a fantastic full body workout. The Reformer works to lengthen, align and strengthen the body while working the core in every movement.

Fuse Ladder Pilates

The fuse ladder is a versatile piece of apparatus the combines the pilates tower, stall bars, springboard, and strength training in one device. It offers diverse exercises involving spring resistance, climbing, hanging, balance and agility. It’s suitable for a wide range of users, including professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, prenatal clients, and those seeking rehabilitation from injuries. Classes are mixed ability, we offer exercises to meet each individuals needs.

KO8 Fitness Training

The KO8 is the most versatile tool available today! It provides you with all the benefits of suspension training, with 72kg of resistance bands. The mixture of suspension exercises and resistance exercises gives you unlimited exercise options so the user never gets bored. This is a sure way to get fit fast!!

Mat / Somatic / Barre Pilates

Pilates is one of the best exercises for core strength and developing muscle. Rather than concentrating upon specific areas, Pilates treats the body as a whole, building lean muscle, improving joint mobility and flexibility, and boosting energy levels. Barre classes combine a mixture of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. Classes help strengthen muscles and burn calories. The barre is used as a prop to balance as you focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
